    Our underground water system line was punctured while these technicians were looking for the septic lid. After numerous calls with no callbacks, I finally spoke with the young lady who answers the phone. She was very curt and defensive when I described my problem and made accusations against me that it was my fault. She did agree for me to send distinct pictures of how the damage was caused and I still did not hear back from them with any type of answer Or offer to reimburse me for my repair costs. I finally called again and was told “the owner said to please stop calling. There’s nothing we can do to help you.” And then she hung up abruptly. We have used this business before with no problem but I don’t know what has happened that they are so rude and unaccommodating. Will not be using them in the future which goes without saying. They do not stand by their work.

    Made a first time appointment with these guys and they completely no showed. They previously gave me a 5 hour window and I waited for them after prepping the area to be pumped.and waited...and waited.... While confirming the next business day, they replied "oh we were closed that day". The voicemail ,on their phone service, made no mention of being closed that day and no email or other notices were sent. I imagine these guys just don't care. I would not book with these guys ever, terrible service and disorganized.

    We had them come out and empty our septic tank a couple of months ago and they broke both of our lids. My husband wasn’t to upset as we had decided to order the risers so we wouldn’t have to pay for the digging next time. We were told they would take a couple of weeks to come in and when we didn’t hear anything my husband called. He was told they were delayed because they came from Texas. We have since left multiple messages and no one has called us back. We now have two broken lids and the hole is still not filled in. We will be going somewhere else because they have no customer service and obviously don’t care about our business. I would NOT recommend using this company.

    Missed first appointment, said truck problems. Never showed up or called to warn me of delay for second appointment. Wasted two mornings waiting for these guys. Going with someone else now.

    They were scheduled to be at my house between 8-10 AM . Finally completed at 1:45 PM. This was the second time they came out in a month. The first time they only cleared one tank. They wanted to charge me an extra $25 because there had to pump extra fluids. I had six screws holding my lid down which they had put back in after the first pump. After ruining 5 trying to get them out, they left me with one screw and one not so great spare. I asked what about the others. They said put some more in if you want to.
