Simply The Best! Called these folks after 4 years of pigeons nesting under my solar panels. What a mess! Previously used Green-Tech to abate the problem. GT may guarantee their work...but it does not work! PBG had to remove cheap wiring around the one solar grouping the Green-Tech did because it was improperly connected and birds crashed in and made it their home. In the course of this, they found 2 solar panels shattered by GT's improper attachment to the framing. All of this got fixed this time including roof damage by previous untrained techs. PBG first trapped 34 birds for more than a month; cleaned out under the panels, used stainless steel for wiring around all 3 solar panel groupings; put silver spinners on the roof to dissuade birds from landing; provided stainless steel spikes along roof edges and disinfected the whole roof. Complete and very excellent work! Heather was a great coordinator and her crew were fantastic to work with. She helped get a great firm that replaced the busted solar panels (Icon Solar) and another excellent firm (Built By Hand) who replaced 160+ damaged roof tiles. Fair prices and excellent work by all. For some reason my wife's review was removed publicly after the company responded they had no record of her doing business with them and she attached photos of her receipt. very badly wanted to leave a good review because the guy that helped us out was great. But 30 days after the installation of wire around our solar panels, that costed us $1200 I had to call him back. The pigeon issue never stopped. I went on my 2 story house myself and looked what was going on, took photos. My solar panels are completely covered in pigeon feces, had multiple nests with eggs, and the wires made it easier for them to create more nests. The gentleman that originally did my work said he would be out and put spikes up for me. He never came. I never received a call back. Tried getting a hold of them multiple times a week with no prevail. I finally gave up and now have to find someone else to come out and hopefully fix this issue. This was back in May. I really tried to hold out and see if the issues would get fixed and it never did. The only good review I can give is the wire has held up. But didn't help the pigeon problem. So if you're looking to get wire around your solar panels, but keep your pigeons this is the way to go. And before you respond to this review stating you have no record of doing business with us, she emailed your company already with photos of our receipy proving we did business with you. UPDATE: After my review the office was in contact with my wife and explained what happened with a former employee and set up an appointment for a bio hazard clean up. The gentlemen that came did an amazing job. It looked like a brand new roof. Their customer service was extraordinary. Definitely corrected the previous issue and went above and beyond. Wow! Pigeons Be Gone was fantastic from start to finish. Their prices are reasonable and their work humane and top notch! I think I was most shocked by the touch paint after pressure washing the Pigeon Outhouse away. They also painted the spikes to match the color of the house and offered multiple solutions at multiple price points and they back up their work. Hugo, Eduardo and Gilberto were the crew that took care of my home and they were awesome! They were friendly, hard working beyond compare, fast and they were obviously a team that worked well together and each had their part. It truly was a pleasure and I absolutely recommend Pigeons be gone and I hope you get my team of guys, but I would bet that all of their team members were as fabulous as the one's I worked with. This company came out today and cleaned off our roof, walls, porch, patio and even did the windows. They moved everything out of the way as well. Took photos to show that's it very cleaned up. The guys were very friendly and informative. Definetly will recommend this business to everyone I know. 5 Stars well earned. Just found out they installed stuff without approval..... Charged an additional $500. Not happy since there was NO APPROVAL for this. Pics they showed me were of clean up.. Not Installation...
