WARNING!!..If you want to waste your time and money order your flowers from Betty's. if you want to spend your money and let a company company do whatever they please order your flowers from Betty's. if you don't want any communication after you've spent your money order from Betty's if you want professional service and consideration DO NOT DO BUSINESS WItH THIS PLACE!!

I ordered flowers for my ex-girlfriend to try and win her back and Betty's flower shop completely failed me. Recently me and my ex-girlfriend broke up and I wanted to gift her something for Christmas at a distance along with a letter with efforts to win her back. I filled out all the requirements on their website on 12/15/22 I scheduled the flowers so they can be delivered a day before Christmas on 12/23/22. The following day after I placed my order I received a text message from my ex-girlfriend about how she didnt want flowers showing up at her house randomly. I felt so embarrassed and tried to explain to her that I have no idea why they delivered it so early since it was supposed to be a surprise delivery the day before Christmas. I called Bettys flower shop to ask them what had happened and why the flowers were delivered the day after I ordered them. They said to me "We're sorry it was a mistake". I asked them how they could've mistakenly made the delivery the next day if I requested a specific date along with a letter clearly written as a Christmas gift. The lady I spoke on the phone with kept giving me the same response over and over again with no help. I requested a refund on my purchase after what had just happened. She would not give me a refund unless I brought the flowers back. How am I supposed to go to my ex's house and say "Hey you know those flowers I sent you? Well I need them back." I can't do that, the whole point of the delivery was so she can have her space that she needs. Betty's flower shop did not have any sympathy for my situation and did not offer any other form of apology. Safe to say that this will be my last time ordering flowers from this shop. Horrible customer service and business.
