Rakeman Plumbing and Rakeman Air

Do not use this company, they will not do the work that is needed and will steal your money. Do not ever give them or anyone your credit card before the work is done. They did not complete the work but still billed for work that was not done. Save yourself the headache and use a credible plumber because these are not professional plumbers by any means.

This company is sooo unprofessional, the lady that answer the phone in the plumbing department ALL WAYS have a attitude!! I called them on Wednesday for a quote and I still don’t have anything on Friday! I tried calling and the lady with the attitude answers the phone of course unprofessional with an attitude saying she can help me. They are a bad look for the compnay 100% if it was my money I would go else where but it’s the owners money. Smh

Rakeman has been my number one choice since day one. I am a project coordinator for Titan Solar power and if i ever need a contractor to do any work for our Local Office or Customers home they are my go too! They have done jobs ranging from Thermostat installations, Gas Line add ons, Water line add ons, Water Leaks, Emergency Calls, A/C repairs Etc. Its always a great pleasure to with Joseph (service Manager)! Services: Sewer repair, Outdoor system repair, Leak investigation and repair, Pipe repair

Paid $196.02 for a $97.00 part. Total cost with parts and labor $344.77. Rakeman is over priced. We have since found out we could have saved over $150.00 using other companies. Estimate alone was $135.00. Will never use Rakeman again!

I was referred to Rakeman by a neighbor who had extensive work done as part of a water leak remediation project. My neighbor referred me to Rocky - I called Rakeman, spoke with a very nice person, Rhonda, who told me that Rocky would call back. I waited a few days and never heard anything from Rocky. I called again, Rhonda told me that he was very busy, but she would give him the message and I should hear from him. I never heard from Rocky or anyone else from Rakeman. I understand if they are too busy to discuss new business, but a professional company should at least have someone return a call. I hope that Rakeman and other businesses realize that while they may be experiencing a lot of new business during this construction "boom", this will come to an end and I, and probably others, will not be calling them in the future.
