VIP Shutters

This is the WORST ran business I have EVER dealt with. Was no showed for 2 appts & an installation appt!!! They took our deposit & now have been giving us the run around ever since! Would definitely NOT recommend!!!! Also was told they were built here in town locally & found out not the case! Built in Phoenix

The window was coverd with wall paper a blind and a huge mirror in front of all that after i finaly got the wallpaper off the window was broke nobody ever touched the window to break it .also we gave ms spinola a free shutter.im sorry that you were not happy

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. If you are all about affordable shutters, VIP Shutters is for you. But the customer service is terrible! They never return your phone calls, when I tried referring my mother for an estimate which I scheduled twice no one ever showed up. But yet Tony the installer was very firm on making sure we were going to pay. They will not give you a copy of the estimate until youve put down half of a deposit. The good thing was Page was able to give us more than $200 off plus more off of our final price, but they are the worst at running at company. I have left multiple voicemails at all the numbers I can find, emails and had my husband even call and would not receive anything back until I would try calling and emailing again. I wanted to refer this company but I will not.

I'm sure if you have to deal with these guys only once they're fine. We reordered shutters from them after another installation and they missed measuring a window. No big deal. They came back and when installing it this new guy who was helping fell and put a hole in my wall. Not only that but he didn't even tell us right away. Noticed it before they left. They said they'll fix it. Yea right. Over 2 months of waiting and their entire team doesn't even know what's going on or they're choosing to beat around the bush. I will never recommend this company.

I've put off writing them review for quite some time because I was really trying to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but after several issues with our shutters, plus being given the runaround since May 1st, 2020, I can't put this review off any longer. If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. You may think that you're getting a great deal on the cost, but the quality of the product and the costumer service is not worth the money you "save." We ordered (and paid more for) clear view shutters for our windows, and the first time the company arrived for install, they had made the wrong shutters with the tilt rod. As a result, our order had to be completely remade. We understood that errors happen and rescheduled a new install date. When Tony returned the second time for installation, of the shutters was far too large (even though he had measured on more than one occasion) for the window, and again, had to be completely remade. At this point, we decided to order shutters for our remaining 3 windows so that they complete the whole job when they returned. On the third visit, the remade shutter finally fit and was installed, but the kitchen window shutter (pictured) was measured/made incorrectly and did not fit. You can see that there is a 2+ inch gap at the top. As a result, Tony said he would leave the shutter in place to block the window, but would bring a new shutter to install ASAP and he would have our final shutter at that time as well. I spoke to Paige on the phone after Tony left and she apologized for the repeated issues and promised that the kitchen shutter would be free because of all the issues we have had and that they would rush our order to finish our job immediately. This last installation date was May 1st. Since then, I have repeatedly try to communicate with Paige about our order. She has set up and no showed on no less than 4 different appointments since then. I have also learned that these shutters are not locally made as the business claims, but are made in Arizona. After months of horrible customer service and wasted money, I now have to find a different company to finish our job. STAY FAR AWAY.
