Be careful when ordering through a third party because you may not get anything close to what you ordered. This is the florist my order went to, I was emailed that they didn't have what i ordered so it would be substituted, when I called the florist to ask what would be substituted she said they were very busy and didn't have the info and continued to shout over the top of my questions not letting me speak and then hung up on me. When my mom got her flowers they were wilted cut flowers instead of the Mum plant i had ordered. The third party offered me a 25% refund but I must say i was very disappointed in the overall experience and service.

So rude when I called! The lady kept talking over me and telling me you need to hurry up. I asked what color roses and she replied I'm in a hurry I'm only open for another hour if you want your order you need to hurry! I should've hung up on her! She was on speaker phone and even my brother was like what is her problem your giving her business! ..etc.. quality of roses was not 40$ worth! Plus 10$ delivery fee! 😬
