        My mother purchased a house in Burson Ranch about a year and a half ago. I liked that those working in the sales office opted not to utilize high pressure tactics, as buying a house is stressful enough. The real estate agent and sales representative were great at working together, answering any and all questions, making the decision to by a smooth one. This is by far the best built home she has ever lived in; and I cant lie, I was a little concerned with it having been built so quickly. From the groundbreaking to the final inspection it was just eight weeks! These builders are fast and do a wonderful job. The neighbors in this community are some of the nicest people I've met in Pahrump. Having an HOA brings both pros and cons, but for the most part, it's been good for her.
