I had a major issue that ended up costing me thousands upon thousands of dollars. Brian didn't seem to care about my loss and couldn't resolve the issue. Brian is a good guy and likable, but not sure how the mistake on my policy was never caught after I asked for years why my rate was so high. A competing office's assistant made me aware of the error and had to leave Allstate due to the sheer cost. I'm really disappointed, but saved over $2,000 every 6 months by going to Nicole Williams at State Farm. Shop your rate against Allstate as I overpaid for at least 5 years. Loyalty to Brian's office ended up costing me in the end.

Allstate is very insurance for everything you need and if you need heip with anything you can go into there office and get help anytime or make an appointment if needed.

I can only give two stars for this location and two stars only go to Brian who saved me as a customer in January. Contacted Josh Shepley He gave me a great quote that I was satisfied with. Im not a homeowner and I declined his quote for renters insurance after a month of my six months I was being billed for things that were dropping off. I was told by Brian that the system automatically put me in there. Im not going for that because Josh and I had talked several times, I think this was a fraudulent act and his way of getting His commissions, and then me as a customer getting screwed With a very high rate that I wouldve never went for yesterday, Brian and I met face-to-face. He apologized and said this has never happened before which I dont believe either im pretty sure this man has done this a few times whether has been caught or not I have no idea but I know it happened to me. Ryan did refund me the $40 and the $28 that was added to my policy that was appreciated and that saved me as a customer, please if you want to Get an honest quote with Allstate Speak to Brian personally and not Josh
