        If I could give 0 stars I would. Literally the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They are so unprofessional and rude. They not willing to work with you at all. Every time I have called I have had nothing but issues. Every neighbor that has moved into the neighborhood with Eugene burger for the HOA gets a violation a week after they purchase their home. When you call them and actually can get through they act like they don’t have time for you. I would never recommend any housing development with this company as the HOA.

        Emailed Paris Thompson and Ryan Dominguez at EBMC about graffiti at a nearby children's park, and within a week the graffiti was gone. Park looks 100x better now. Much appreciated.
