Came on Monday 11-1-21 at 5:45 (open till 7) and the front doors were locked. An employee who was friendly explained she was closing early because they can’t afford to pay the employees for the rest of the day. If that really is the case, perhaps operating two locations isn’t the best idea. Your employees should get paid for a full days work, and your customers who live in the southern portion of Reno shouldn’t have to commute all the way to sparks location, that’s why you have two locations to begin with. I’m not bashing on the business or the owner, I’m just very let down tonight as a long time customer. I hope the financial situation of the company improves so the owner can run both locations at full schedule and pay their employees to work the entire business day.

I called to ask a few questions about selling my collection of games (ie. What they base their quotes on, how long it takes to process the collection for a quote) and the woman on the phone was very snotty and rude. I've done business with them in the past but I don't think I will any longer. It's typically not a good business practice to be rude to customers looking to sell their entire game collection to you.
