Tholl Fence Store and Showroom, located at 806 Glendale Ave., Sparks, Nevada. Were open Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm. Stop by to inquire about fencing, purchase repair supplies, or to place an order. We provide the broadest assortment of vinyl, chain-link, and wood fences. Large inventory of Livestock gates. Split rail fencing, designer fencing, &ornamental iron fencing are all available on special order. For repairs and maintenance, we have specific parts for many of these fences in stock. You can request personalized gates & we stock material for making dog kennels. We can install fencing over any terrain since we have the experience and expertise to do so. During installation they dug up and broke our waterline and underground electrical and just buried the damage in the post hole without notifying us. We had to hire an outside company to fix their damage because Shawna said they are not responsible for the damage because we didnt inform them of the locations of the pipes and wiring!
We withheld final payment on the botched job because it cost us as much to have it fixed by the third party as we owed for the complete job that was not done satisfactorily.
Well, Tholl turned us over to a collection agency which put a lean on our home to collect the final payment.
Shawna works in the office was rude and would not accept any responsibility for the damage caused by their workers which they hid from us!
Please learn from my mistakes and use a company that has higher ethical standards and knows the value of good customer service! Service: Fence installation
