Sometimes in Tahoe, you are required to have fire suppression sprinklers inside your house.This is who we had do our fire sprinklers.  Terry Marino (the owner), was the only game in town for a long time, and still IMO has the most experience for that same reason ;)They completed our new construction, multi-level house without a hitch, even with our quirky water pressure issues, and our sauna room; which had it's own special needs.Price was competitive.Job was done promptly, correctly, and neatly.Good communication throughout process

AWFUL!!!!!!! Web page says 24/7---that would be if he is in the mood.  It took a week and a half to finally get a hold of Terri- and that was because I kept calling.  South Shore installed one of the systems in a home I take care of.  Turns out this company leaves his work incomplete.  Replacement heads that are stocked when the system is installed only had 2 of 6.  Nothing was labeled, no idea of the mixture that was put into the system-or where it came from.  I'm having to install 3 devices now with a leak; that should have been installed when the system was installed.  I finally got a hold of Terri from South Shore Sprinklers and he just said he only stands behind his work for one year, and to find someone else to repair it because he was busy.  What a piece of work.  I then called another company I have used; AAA Sprinkler's to see if they would come repair the system for me.  They informed me that they don't work on system that South Shore installed without replacing many parts to bring it up to their standards.  AAA stand behind their system for life with a yearly check up. Another company I would use over South Shore would be Delta Fire Sprinklers.  They are the company I am having repair the system now.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT QUALITY!!!!!!
