Used cheap materials around the house. Single layer windows which you can hear everything going on outside your house. Told them about the holes on the walls from there poor cut and they told me just to patch it. Notified them about the trims coming off, laminated tile lifting up, the island not fully attached. Sink fell off the 1st month while living in this house. HOA is really abusive. Day by day the house is slowly falling apart. One of my buddies who builds houses feels bad that I stay in Ladera Ranch because it was built off cheap material and rushed.

Its a very nice area to live, but I couldnt find anyone to talk to and have more info
about the place and the process of buying.

Love the homes,quality layout and has decent backyards etc. Just not loving the location/area/part of town.
