Amazingly this place was recommended by a bartender at a nearby saloon as a place with a view where we could have a nice meal. The experience was in a class of its own as far as horrible dining experiences in my life. The waitress did warn us that some of the staff had not shown up so it may take "some time". It did. I could not get a beer because the bartender was working in the kitchen... this is a "saloon". After waiting an hour for our food the waitress came out to tell us they were short on Italian sausage so some of us had to pick an alternate meal from the really sparse menu, but we were told the cook was getting to our order shortly.
When some of the food finally arrived (about 90 minutes after we sat down) it was obvious that the cook was one of those who had gone AWOL.
The "loaded nachos" were Tostito chips with Velveeta dip and a can of chili thrown on top.
The Italian meatball sandwich was three defrosted meatballs with cold Prego sauce on a dry Wonderbread hot dog bun. The grated Mozarella had not been heated up enough to melt... and the Ore-Ida fries were limp and barely hot.
My "pizza" was a thick loaf of day old bakery bread with a gummy crust and a paper thin layer of Prego sauce/mozarella sprinkles on top. A couple of slices of mushroom and salami had been stuck in the sauce as decoration. The bread was inedible and there was practically nothing else in this "pizza".
Only the cold tortilla soup was in the somewhat edible range. Not good but edible.
To be fair the cook (bartender?) came out to apologize and comp'd the whole meal for us. We barely ate any of it anyway.
I hope for them this was just a really really bad day. It certainly was for us.
