One of the best places I have ever stayed and I do believe I have stayed in more roadside motels all over the country than most people. The price, cleanliness, location/view and sheer comfort of this room were all huge contributors to me saying so. I needed a close getaway and am so pleased I chose to stay here. It was everything I needed and made for the highest quality relaxation.

My wife and I have stayed here in the original hotel and at their newer spot. Rooms are themed and comfortable.
It's family owned and staffed and they've always been nice. Rooms : 4/5 | Service : 4/5 | Location : 4/5 More

Absolutely amazing place to stay the staff was super accommodating my son had a basketball tournament up here at 11 am and right after I made the reservation online I called to see if there was anyway I could check in early and even though the Manager was out he had his son meet me right away!! I was so thankful because there was more snow on the way and we had to be back again the next day for more games. The beds are super cozy have wonderful quilts and doilies in the room we stayed in ....really brings you back to the historic beauty of Virginia city. Will definitely be back.

Amazing experience! Perfect place for some peace. Family owned and extremely well kept. The gentleman at the desk was beyond helpful. I called before reserving the room to inquire about room details and he was able to answer all my questions with ease quickly. The drive up was long, filled with traffic but, he was even willing to stay a bit late to check us in when I called to ask. Check in was super smooth. They have a nice snack selection in the office as well but if that isn't to your liking then check out the cool laminated card they put in the rooms with all the eateries and their hours Cannot say enough nice things about this place but I know I'll be back as soon as things thaw! Thank you, Virginia City Inn for giving us such a lovely time during our visit!

The owners were super friendly and accommodating. The bathroom was clean and the sheets weren't itchy. Super convenient location for walking into downtown.
