This was my first KOA and I wasn't sure what to expect. I arrived for after hours check-in and found detailed instructions ready and easy to follow. The bathrooms were nice and clean, and there were plenty of showers! If you're tent camping, the lots here are sandy so bring a mat/tarp for your tent.

It’s not the best. Not the worst. It was a good place to stop for the evening and rest, but I’m glad I wasn’t staying for more than one night.
The facilities were fair, but older and kind of rundown. The laundry room had several out of order machines, but I do have to say their dryers worked great!
My only real complaint was it didn’t feel very safe there, we actually locked up everything. There wasn’t to my knowledge any night guard and we actually saw people jumping over the security fence from the neighboring Mobil home park. The KOA itself was quiet, but their neighbors are not.... we were treated to quite the show by a drunk man screaming to salsa music from about 12am to 4am. For us it wasn’t too bad being in a RV and further away from the fence, but I would think being in a tent it would be hard to sleep. Overall if you need a place to pull over and rest it works, but for a long term stay I wouldn’t consider this one.
