Haven't ever stayed at the Nugget before but we paid 300 for the jacuzzi suite and it was a beautiful room however at about 845 this morning someone entered our room, while we were in bed, saw we were there and left. Scary! So while checking out I spoke with a manager and she was completely rude and not at all concerned. She proceeded to tell us that the staff doesn't come in until 9 so nobody could have entered our room. Basically calling me a liar in my opinion.
