Office manger is verbally abusive to senior citizen's, veteran's. Discriminates against patients health issues in public. Threatened my insurance company, caused huge delays on 3 claims although information was in my chart. Went to another provider saved over $400 on same crown. So Steve, I think you make plenty of money! and Jennifer karma will take care of you!

Dr Draper and his staff do a wonderful job of keeping you informed, educated and at ease with all aspects of your dental work. All equipment is state of the art. I always feel comfortable with any procedure done, and Dr Draper is always concerned with my comfort.

I have been coming to Dr. Draper's office for over 15 years now. I never thought to write a review for my dentist, but I found out the other day, that Yelp was originally developed as a site to help people find local dentists. So - perfect opportunity to stay with the traditional spirit of the site.I do not love going to the dentist. Who does? But I really like coming to this office. The staff are all friendly, professional, and very very good at what they do. Dr. Draper always treats me with respect and is probably the most gentle dentist I have ever been to. I had to have a root canal a few years ago. I was in near panic about having the procedure. Dr. Draper handled my fear with compassion and respect. Throughout the procedure, he kept asking me how I was doing, did I need to stop, was I in need of more medication. He treats his staff well and it is a family friendly and family oriented business. Most of the people working there have been there as long as I have been a patient there. Their office is bright and comfortable and is always clean and well lit. My dental hygienist, Karen, is the best. She is the only person I trust to stick sharp metal instruments into my very sensitive mouth. She also has always treated me with compassion, professionalism and respect. In a small community like Yerington, we feel lucky to just have adequate services. We are truly blessed to have a dental office of such outstanding quality.
