Marraccini Plumbing Heating

Called this business a number of weeks ago and was put on a wait list. I understand being busy and having to be wait listed. They finally got me scheduled to come out and give me a quote on installing a new electric heating and cooling system. When they finally arrived and I stated what we were looking to get a quote for, one of the men replied "Why?" In the nastiest tone I've heard from a working professional in awhile. I explained why, as I'm currently paying an exhorbent amount of money in propane for heat. He laughed in my face and said "you think that's going to change with electric?" My response was quite obviously "yes" as if I go to an electric system I'm obviously not paying for propane but I also know the difference in efficiency and know I won't be paying a $700 electric bill each month. I didn't state all of that. Just politely said "yes". He responds to me "no it wont" again in a quite nasty tone. So I politely told him "don't do the work then. Have a nice day guys." And they went on their way. I honestly feel bad for the other guy who was with him. He seemed confused and like he didn't know what to say at that point. Honestly what an embarrassing representation of your company. I would be abhorred if you were my employee and just talked our company out of a sale in less than 2 minutes on someone's property just by being rude to the customer.

My warranty company assigned this company to my claim to fix a slow draining commode.  The commode ended up needing to be replaced.  Once the warranty company approved the repair, Marraccini's was able to work with my schedule and replace the commode.  Keith was 100% professional and seemed to take pride in the services he was providing.  I completely recommend their services.  Also, Ashley was polite and helpful in customer service.

They installed a tank-less water heater for me a few years ago, they did an amazing job. The install looks very clean and professional and the water heater still works like new. Service: Heating system installation

We had a brand new shower installed, 2 years later we found 2 separate leaks from the plumbing job, we are now sitting with our shower and laundry room torn out and we have been like this for 3 weeks and nothing is getting done, it is winter, it is cold, wish we had a full house right now. Not understanding why they can not fix their mistake, we have been like this since 9/29/18. its cold  mold insurance should be something a plumbing company has to carry to help when they mess up.

Had a new water heater and central heat/air installed in our 20 year old modular. The service was amazing and everything is working great. What a relief from the heat of August! Kevin was so thorough and professional. He even came back the following day (his day off) just to check with us and make sure everything was the way we wanted it.
