Thank you for all the help and for the great service! I live in Reno, but decided to come to Carson City after reading some of the great reviews about how they treat people with that small town feeling. I am glad I did! Even though they were so busy, someone at least took the time to acknowledge me and answer my questions. I purchased Mark's favorite tub the "Envoy." He was right! I love the captains chair and the lounge seat with those Moto-massage jets! I sleep sooo much better now. I can't believe I waited this long to own my Hot Spring Spa! Scheduling of everything from concrete pad, the electrical work and the delivery was all taken care of for me. All I had to do was put on my bikini and jump in. Thanks so much!

Great service and products. I was in the market for a spa for my home in South Lake Tahoe and figured I would get it at Costco....however, after stopping by the Hot Spring Spa store in Zephyr Cove I realized I needed support with delivery, set up and training on how to use and maintain it, in the Tahoe climate. Also, shop around and you’ll realize their pricing is on point, too. But, really it’s Marc and his “Funky Bunch” that made the difference from the deal, to delivery and set up, they were money.

We love love love our new Hot Spring Jetsetter!!! After years of contemplation and research, and considerations of alternatives, (low cost ones from Costco and other high end ones like Sundance and Jacuzzi) we decided to go with Hot Spring, partly because they have a local presence in South Lake. And we are not disappointed at the slightest! Nothing is more heavenly than soaking in our tub after a day of skiing. The jets are strong in just the right ways. The lighting is super cool. And the bluetooth audio system with the subwoofer is just wonderful. The crew at Hot Spring Spas Lake Tahoe is simply amazing. The technicians Thomas and Eric are quick and precise in their installation. And Mark, our sales rep, really went the extra mile to accommodate our desires and needs. Really can’t ask for more responsive and caring customer service. We are impressed. Thank you Hot Spring Spas Lake Tahoe. You made our family’s decade long dream come true!
