I bought a 2013 Scion XD from Cupples 3 years ago and have never had a single problem with my car other than keeping up with general maintenance. The owner didnt try to sell me anything, he let me look around and do my thing and wasnt overly eager to try to get me to buy something which I appreciated. He was super straight forward and honest. Highly recommend Cupples to anyone. Im a single Mom and had one shot at getting a car that wasnt going to give me trouble financially and Im so glad I found my car there!

Highly, highly recommend!! This was our first experience financing a car and Ross made the whole process smooth and easy. I was a little hesitant buying a car because of the stereotype that most car salesman are trying to rip you off... we did not feel that AT ALL with Ross! He wasn't pushy or "salesy." He was kind, helpful, and really went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and help us make the best decision. The whole process was so much easier and simple than we thought it would be and we are really happy with our new car and the financing we got!!!
