We successfully adopted our daughter in March 2019 with Bianco Professional Association and Adoptive Families for Children. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond, and most importantly, very kind throughout this stressful process. Their guidance was spot on, and they prepared us well for the challenges of the adoptive process. We will be eternally grateful for their help in completing our family. We especially highly recommend Kristine Pries, with whom we worked very closely. She is an incredible resource. Good luck to anyone looking to adopt.

I wrote a much longer review but it said the character limit was exceeded, so if anyone who reads this wants to contact me for more info please feel free. This agency as well as Attorney Bianco who owns the agency is completely inept. They don't answer e-mails unless you keep following up with them. They don't follow up on anything unless you keep bugging them. The communication is absolutely atrocious. We had weeks of wasted time on several occasions because they didn't take care of things they were supposed to take care of on their end. To put it bluntly, if you ask me my sincere feelings about this agency: They don't care. Their adoptions run from $35,000-$46,000. Most run in the $42,000-$45,000 range. The $35,000 adoptions are only through the agency and not through Attorney Bianco (I know it sounds confusing. We were confused too). The agency adoptions are NH babies only. There were only 3 NH babies in the 8 months our profile was shown. The other opportunities all come from an Attorney in Arizona that Attorney Bianco works with. Adoption is a stressful process, choosing to work with this agency is one of the worst mistakes I've made in my life. My husband and I are out about $2,500 and have nothing to show for it but headaches and stress. They dropped the ball repeatedly and we finally decided enough was enough. My advice to anyone hoping to adopt is to join adoption groups on FB and see who other people are using and ask about their experiences. I don't write this review out of bitterness, but out of compassion for others who are just starting their journey like we were a little over a year ago. There are lots of options out there. Make sure you do some research before signing with an agency. I've attached a copy of a $200 bill for a couple e-mails sent back and forth between us. These are the kinds of ridiculous fees you can expect.
