We love this complex! We currently live in their duplex which provides a yard, plenty of basement storage, trails for dogs, and an office staff that not only knows you but also your dog! Seriously, the staff makes it! They are personable, put on monthly events, available for questions, and even organize the packaging room so you can easily grab your Amazon orders. We have never had an issue with maintenance- they come the day off never question your intentions and are so understanding that we all have pets that may need to be handled before entering. If price is a concern honestly the pool/gym/staff/wooded trails worth the extra $200-$300. Great community for 25-35 year olds.

I have been living in Princeton Dover for 7 whole years and I have deeply loved it! You dont hear noisy neighbor and the community is very clean and well maintained. Staff are so friendly. Especially Gabby the property manager and the maintenance staff always provide timely help whenever you need and solve the problems effectively. It was always a pleasure to talk to them as well. The neighborhood is pets friendly with a newly built dog park. You never worry about losing your package because there is a package room and the staff label your last name and put on shelves in a very orderly fashion. There are also social events and gathering from time to time. There are so much more to love about this place. I highly recommend everyone who is looking for an apartment.

Lived at Princeton Dover for a year and it was great. They take really good care of the outside and theres always plenty of parking close to your building. Staff is super responsive with everything especially maintenance requests, we never had to wait long when we needed them. Buildings are maintained well and its a really quiet area so you dont have to worry about noise. The only reason were leaving is to be closer to work but we definitely wouldve stayed otherwise.

Princeton Dover really is a great place to live - clean, quiet, and safe, with nice amenities and a truly caring and responsive office and maintenance staff. The units themselves are clean, updated, and nicely appointed with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and soft-close cabinets. Admirable closet and storage space as well. The entire property is well maintained year round with attentive landscaping and snow removal crews. The community is very pet friendly with plenty of space to walk your fur kids as well as a fenced exercise area. Other amenities include the beautiful pool and surrounding lounge area, a really nice exercise room, and a secure (keypad entry) package room (no porch pirates!). The property is also adjacent to a lovely wooded area known as Smith Well which is another great option for a quiet walk. The wonderful ladies in the onsite leasing office are very good at promoting and encouraging involvement in resident, as well as community and charitable events. Location is another big pluse for Princeton Dover. It is literally 5 minutes to grocery stores (Hannaford, Shaws), drugstore (Walgreens, Rite Aid), Planet Fitness, restaurants, doctors/dentists offices, urgent care, and hospital (Wentworth Douglas). Just a couple more minutes takes you to Target and Home Depot. Public transit is close as well with a bus stop just outside the property entrance, and the Dover Transportation Center (Amtrak) less than 2 miles away. Downtown Dover and all it has to offer is 8-10 minutes. 15-20 minutes to the Pease International Tradeport, Portsmouth, I-95, and the Outlet stores in Kittery, Maine. Personally, Ive been enjoying living here for 4 years now, and just recently renewed my lease for another 2 years. 10/10 all around. Come check it out!

I was so excited to live at Princeton when I moved in last June. It quickly became a nightmare in just my one year there and Im sharing so this doesnt happen to anyone else! The older brick building apartments are just fluffed so they look good from the surface. During my one year there this is how it went: The ceiling is paper thin, normally not a huge issue but my upstairs neighbor must have worked second shift and I woke up from how loud it was above my bedroom at least once a night at 2AM leaving me unrested for work every single day. On two separate occasions I was without hot water, I had a critter in my kitchen due to it not being properly sealed under my sink, there was a rain storm which caused a water intrusion through their laundry room which was improperly insulated to come into my apartment ruining many of my personal belongings, was told to file a claim through my renters insurance they recommended when I first agreed to live their which was denied because they said this wasnt covered? Whats the point of having renters insurance? When trying to get my damaged items covered the manager Andrea DeLuca laughed and told me she didnt believe my stuff was ruined even though I had pictures and the items to prove it. I kept my mouth quiet in hopes they would eventually do the right thing but 3 months later discovered black mold growing on more of my personal belongings because no proper mold prevention was done after the water intrusion. Yesblack mold. I had black residue covering all my stuff in which they blamed on me lighting candles. All the items I brought there were brand new and I can assure you I have never had this issue with candles before in my life. Finally when shown the black mold and having it confirmed by maintenance to be that, I was offered a small refund towards some of my personal belongings that were damaged. Honestly this entire experience was such a headache and a let down and if I didnt fight as hard they wouldnt have done anything for me. It makes me so upset that they treat people like this and get away with it. Attaching one photo but I have a whole gallery if anyone wants to see more. The piece of my vanity this black mold ruined was brand new prior to moving into Princeton
