Final Finish Collision Centers

I've been coming to Final Finish for my new cars Detailing since i moved to Maine. Twice a year since 2018. From the start they were the place of incredible choice and find! Took care of me like I was a regular long time customer. I'm from Brooklyn, NY. Just look up NYC and you'll see I'm from one of the best detailing centers in the world. And I would choose no place and no one over them. And in no one, I would like to mention William. They assigned him to my car from the start. He treats me with incredible personal attention. I truly Thank You. My new car looks like it's right out of the Show Room! Every time. I'll be back!

Interior and exterior detailing service is top notch! Have used them a few times now and they never disappoint. Highly recommend.

I had major front end work done here back in Jan 2020. The whole right side of my car was disassembled, painted, and put back together. In this process my stock air intake was removed and was not put back together properly. The filter was not seated right and was allowing unfiltered air into the engine. My front license plate had a frame around it and the two screws holding the plate had plastic caps on them for aesthetics. One of these caps was missing when I got my car back. On another note, I consider the paint color match to be perfect.

I brought my car to final finish in dover on March 16th i still dont have it They keep telling me they will call me back and haven't called me back once They have been paid by my insurance co. Which is allstate allstate calls me twice a week to make sure everything is going good They have told me how they keep putting in for parts and they don't do it until my insurance calls them My insurance pays for 30 days on rental car Now that my 30 days has been up since last week i have to pay for the rental I live on social security. I can't afford this. I called them today to see when my car would be done the one that answered was sent there to help she tried but could not find out much she said it was on a hoist so apparently nothing had been done She was suppose to call me back I didn't hear from her I had an accident but it was suppose to take 9 days for repairs. It has now been 39 days and nothing is done I don't know how to handle this situation I'm very unhappy with the service I 've never been treated like this by a business

I had my 2017 Camry fixed by these guys and they did an outstanding job. I couldnt ask for a better experience. I only had 11,000 miles on the car at the time and it looks like brand new when they got done with it. We are talking show room condition. Now I am having my 2017 Cadillac CT6 exterior done to take the swirl marks out. I will never take my car anywhere but final finish collision center. Thank you! I just want to add to my review that I did take my 2017 Cadillac ct6 over to get all the swirl marks out. They said the swirl marks were so bad they had never seen a vehicle in such bad shape. They kept my car for 6 hours when I got it back it looked in showroom condition. I honestly could not believe it. Thank you Mark and Andy and all the guys out back. There's a lot of car there and you guys again did a phenomenal job. I will never take my car anywhere but to you! Update. Sept 1ST 2019.I just had the ceramic coating put on my car yesterday August 31 and picked it up today. I cannot believe the job and I cannot believe how the car looks. It looks like you can actually stick your arm into the car almost like the matrix the movie. Bill you did an outstanding job and thank you so much I will never take my car anywhere but a final finish.
