        We scheduled a vehicle inspection service to be performed via the website. My wife showed up and the service coordinator wouldn't perform the scheduled service unless we added another service. The employee was rude and belittled my wife to the point where she had to sit in the parking lot for 30 minutes until she could compose herself enough to drive home. We are 3 weeks and 2k miles over the warranty and we had a concern with the 2021 Odyssey because the electrical is on the fritz. Currently regretting the purchase and the 4 active safety recalls.
