As most people know all of the plumbing businesses are extremely busy and backlogged. I hired Fresh Creek Plumbing for they were the only ones that returned my call and I am glad they returned my call. They sent over Greg and John and they were on time, professional and polite. I had to have a backflow preventer and outside spigot replaced. The work they performed is exceptional and they were thorough in their explanation. I will definitely hire them again!!! fresh creek did a full bathroom renovation for us - carol and greg were fantastic to work with and we were very happy with the result. They not only helped us plan and envision the renovation but they did thorough and on time work. The renovation included but was not limited to a full shower/tub replacement, sink replacement, toilet replacement, and install of a new washer/dryer hookup inside the renovated space. Fresh Creek Plumbing has been absolutely amazing to work with, we have called them for jobs both big and small. They are always prompt, professional, and incredible to work with. Carol and Greg helped us when we had an emergency call over the weekend. They stayed in touch with us the whole time until Greg arrived to troubleshoot the issue. They are the first plumber I call any time we have something pop up and I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Please save yourself some time and don't bother with this company. Either uneducated and/or just plain lazy. and not reliable. Called them because there was water leaking from my relief valve on my boiler and my toilets flush lever was getting stuck in the down position (meaning water was continuously running). All they did to "fix" my boiler issue, was swap the relief valve for a new one which did not fix the problem. I could have told them that wasn't the issue. Then, they left all the valves on the boiler closed. This means they didn't even bother to trouble shoot the other two possible causes for the overflow, and that they didn't test that what they did even worked as they would have had to open the valves to test the system. It also cost me a fun $140 later when my tenants didn't have heat/hot water and I had to call an emergency service. They fixed the toilets lever, but then somehow messed up the toilets fill setting so my toilet was consistently overfilling and trickling back into the overflow tube. Again, leaving my house with the toilet water consonantly running. I've called (and texted) them back multiple times since to rectify the situation with no response. Honestly, pathetic..
