    Got married in 2020, its been over a year (unknown exactly how long) that we have been waiting for our album and our parents album. Ive sent quite a few emails on the status with very minimal responses. Its been in processing. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and ridiculous. Would not recommend after this experience of just trying to contact them and get our albums we have paid for. Just sent another email trying to get the name and number for processing company so I can talk to them directly for answers. Next will be BBB for our money back since they arent producing albums.

    DON'T USE THIS PHOTOGRAPHER! My wife and I got married in September 2020 and we have still not received our wedding book that we paid extra for. They were great to work with up to and during the wedding day, and then after that they could care less about you. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are running a business without a working phone number. So only way to contact them is via email. In which you have to send several to just get a response. Since October 2022 we have been told now on two separate occasions that our book was "preparing to ship". Now approaching April 2023 and still have not received anything. Extremely frustrating & disappointing to say the least.

    My wife and i got married in May 2021 and we still do not have the wedding album we paid for. I understand there can be delays in certain things but there is no excuse for not responding to emails. There is no reason the phone should not work when trying to call and speak on the phone. After calling the phone number listed on the website, google, and contract we get an error saying the phone number could not be dialed. We are very disappointed with the service we have not recieved by them after our wedding was over. It is sad that we loved our experience up to and during our wedding but once the day is over they have other priorites and do not care about their customers. I have sent emails in the past months with no resonse even acknowledging that they have seen my email. I will not recommend them for any services.

    I have not used this service but on a reputable website states people have not gotte. Pictures back and given the run around. If it were me, I would personally find these people and visit them person to person. You know we work hard and scrimp and save for our wedding! It is just not right to do this to other humans! My heart goes out to anyone having these issues with this company and they should surely be shut down!!!!!!!!!

    Please do your self a favor and stay away from them. We first booked in 2019 after our friends had a great experience thinking we were getting a top tier photographer. They were great all the way through our wedding day. We were first told 12 weeks for everything. After that time frame we asked when we should expect and were told due to being busy it would be longer. Each month that past we asked again and again with the same response. We finally received our pictures (5.5 months later) and they were blurry and out of focus to told there is nothing wrong with them and it was our fault. We advised that we tried everything and it was the same. We were finally told there was an update that resized the pics. We then got about 75% of them in high resolution. Had to ask again about the missing pictures and were given them. I asked multiple times for a phone call but only received emails. Going through them there are many that appear to over lit causing crazy shadows. Some are over exposed. They forgot to take control and get what should have been expected pictures. When asked for the RAW footage so we could try and fix them we were denied. It seems to me they are too busy taking on jobs and not bothering to complete them. At this point we are just sad and depressed. The listed number here is out of service and there is no studio at the address.
