I spoke with Ms, Sapienza on October 10, 2017 regarding obtaining support documents for claims she/client has made in a land ownership dispute. When I asked her only for data/facts concerning the case and not letter and emails which were hearsay she hung the phone on me, I would think a good lawyer would want to settle this out of court or be willing to support her outrages claims. But thats me. Buy Beware.

not the worst lawyer in nh but very close. stupid. lazy. incompetent. get a lawyer in mass if you want a good lawyer

HORRIBLE !! Called her and left a message twice . Nether her nor her secretary ever returned my calls to make an appointment . Days latter called again .Her secretary' was incapable of booking an appointment . Called again and finely booked an appointment .showed up at 4:30 on a Thursday for the appointment , only to find her office was closed do to a internet failure . They never called to inform me a handy capped cripple with a paralyzed foot that the appointment was canceled .It is with great diffaculty that I had to climb the stairs just to read a message saying her office was closed . Called her immediately left another message and to this day three weeks latter no response from her not even a simple apology . As a human being she should be ashamed . Stay far far away from this person .

Be careful when choosing an attorney. This Attorney only prepared for court a portion of the time. Forgets to file motions or the necessary paperwork. Forgot to file a very important part of my case with the initial brief and then after the fact when she did file, judge denied for not being done Wrigh initial brief. She is very scatter brained. Another one of my cases, Defendant was to pay monthly on a landlord tenant issue and I never saw the money or a print out of where the money was applied Does not deal well with the stress of a court hearing. This attorney went behind my back and through my husband to have me dissolve a case. This attorney would not listen to me, her client and went through my spouse after I told her not to. This attorney has some very ethical issues so be careful if going with this attorney.
