Maida services came highly recommended and they didn't disappoint. It was by far the best home inspection I've had. They gave me the good, bad and ugly, exactly what I needed to hear. Paul and Brennen are the best, they stayed with me every step of the way, answering all the questions I had. The report that was sent afterwards was great, so many pictures taken, so many details, I loved it. If you're looking for inspection services, look no further! They are the best in the business! Paul and Brennen performed a complete home inspection on our behalf. They were extremely thorough and identified a number of significant but not necessarily evident issues. We dodged a bullet by not going forward with the purchase. I highly recommend their services.

To buyers and real estate agents out there, DO NOT hire these guys. They are horrible with facts and information. They are making themselves look good by coming up with inaccurate assessments about things they have no idea about. You will lose the house you are like because of them. for agents, you will lose your sales for no good reasons. These guys took over 4 hours to do inspection and came up with absolutely nothing meaningful to the buyer. He made statement that was meant to kill your deal of buying the home and for agent, selling the home. He is there sole purpose of destroying sale unnecessarily. AVOID, AVOID,AVOID
