I have been a patient here since I was 13 (I am 28). I woke up today with a muscle back spasm. I called and they fit me in at 3:30pm. I left my job early from Boston to travel and make it on time. There was an accident, causing me to be 5 mins late. I called ahead to let them know. They said they would not take me. I arrived anyway, 5 mins late, and begged to be seen. They denied me. The receptionist Melissa was cold and uncaring, and treated me like I was not smart/didn't matter. When I asked to speak with the doctor, they said she was with another patient. So how is it that, if I'm only 5 mins late, and the doctor is still with another patient, that I can't sit down and wait to be seen? When I am in terrible pain? I was so let down, I cried. I will be finding a new doctor's office.

Family Medicine office has drastically declined. Between Change in Management and retirement of key Primary PCP in office the attention to patient care has slowly diminished to a gross lack of care.

One of the most incompetent medical groups I have ever dealt with. Sent my prescription wrong causing me to have to pay 2 copays for one 30 day supply of medication. They had been made aware of the issue 3 weeks before, but did nothing to resolve it. When I tried to get them to pay one of the copays because it was their fault I had 2, they refused and said they had nothing to do with it. Go somewhere else, these people dont know what theyre doing
