Last year I ordered flowers for my moms birthday and on the special directions I specified that there is a specific door to deliver at because we have Rottweilers. The driver did not read the special instructions and came to the wrong door where one of our Rottweilers nipped him in the leg. So this year I ordered again and they refused to bring the flowers to our door despite yet again putting special instructions on which door to use. The order was put in two days ago and they called to tell my mother they would not deliver to the door today. They should have called and let me know that this was not an option for me and given me the option to cancel my order or pick them up myself and save the 10$ fee for delivery. So dont waste your time putting special delivery instructions in because they dont take the time to read them.

Unfortunately the door where the dogs come out is directly in front of you as you pull in the driveway. No guarantees that they won't be let out at that time. This incident last year was reported as the skin was broken. We absolutely wont take chances regarding our employees safety and calling to arrange a person to come out was the best alternative to refusing to go to the home again. I see that you have been a regular customer and used our shop numerous times throughout the years, we appreciate this however, I always tell my employees that their comfort is much more important than a sale. Sorry for your frustration and that this incident happened, I'm sure you must have been very upset at the situation last year as well.
