The Ripaldi Home Inspections company came today, and did an outstanding job. Obviously, no one wants to hear that things in their house need fixing or replacing - but better to hear it and have a chance to deal with it, before it becomes a stumbling-block to your home sale/purchase! The men were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, and explained their findings to us in a clear and concise manner. We'd recommend them with complete confidence.

We have bought a few homes in the Nashua area and each time we have used Ripaldi Home Inspections. We were recommended him by someone who is in the industry and they were presented as a very thorough and fair inspection company at a reasonable price. After dealing with them personally I can attest to the attention to detail and willingness to do what needed to be done to ensure everything was properly checked and documented. Long story short, if you need your home inspected and want it done right, this is the guy.

I’ve had two houses inspected by Mr Ripaldi, and the level of professionalism remained the same throughout each inspection. Always courteous, and polite. When asked, he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Mr Ripaldi’s assistant was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and professional as well. Please don’t hesitate to use Ripaldi Home Inspections. Also, he offered a discount after he learned that I was a vet.
