AMAZING FOOD! THE PERSON GOT MY FOOD OUT FAST AND HE MADE IT PERFECT! NOW... I GO EVERY THURSDAY LUNCH (GOT HOOKED AFTER FIRST SUB MADE FOR ME) AND FRIDAY DINNERS WITH FAMILY. ON A THURSDAY LUNCH .THERE WAS A TALLISH BLONDE OR BRUNETTE (MEANT TO WRITE THIS A BIT AGO) WHO JUST KINDA YELLED AT THE PERSON WHO MADE MY SANDWICH. SHE WAS ATLEAST KINDA DEGRADING FOR WHAT FELT LIKE A VERY COACHABLE SITUATION (AT BEST) IT FELT DREARY. HES LETTING HER HURL INSULTS OR BEING DEGRADED SO HE COULD GO OUTBACK. SO I WOULDNT FEEL WEIRD BECAUSE I WAS AROUND THE CORNER . I WOULD NEVER LET ANY OF MY MANAGERS TALK OR ACT HOW SHE DID. THATS NOT A MANAGER. BUT HE COULDNT HAVE COOKED MY FOOD BETTER. SO NO ISSUES ON FOOD, HE COULD HAVE MADE THE PLATE LOOK A BIT BETTER . BUT HE WAS TRYING TO CALM THE SITUATION AND GO OUTBACK. SORRY CPU CAP LOCK KEY BROKE. KIND OF LONG BUT HARD TO SIT BACK AS A GM. AT A RESTAURANT SEEING MANAGERS DOING RECKLESS THINGS WITH PLACES I LOVE GOING TO LATELY, THINGS THAT COULD HURT A BUSINESS. DUE TO INEXPERIENCE OR IMMATURITY ETC. (I DONT KNOW THEIR SITUATION) BUT WILL END WITH THE FOOD HERE ITS AMAZING.

My family and I have been ordering take out from here for the last couple of years 1-2 times a week and usually anywhere from $70-$100 each time. Im not sure whats happened in the last couple of months but both the quality and the quantity have taken a very big hit. Ive had to call and complain because subs were made wrong and was simply told there is nothing we can do without even so much as an Im sorry. Tonight our pizzas and fries were both under cooked and the pizzas appeared to be made with dough that hadnt risen enough because they were practically thin crust pizzas which is not how their pizza usually is.The last 4-5 orders we have had steak and cheese subs with big chunks of steak and undercooked peppers and onions. I could look past certain things but now that the pizza is going downhill unfortunately I think we will be going back to our old pizza place in town. Not sure if its new management, new employees, or what but this isnt what my family and I have come to love and expect from Kendall pond pizza. Prices have gone up but everything else has gone DOWN
