Armando installed tanless water heater at our house this month. When I approached him for quotes, he provided various applicable options to choose from explaining each of them thoroughly. He completed the installation and testing properly taking care of every little detail. We had a wonderful experience. We contacted Armando about a problem that we had two other plumbers look at with no success, and Armando was able to identify the problem and come up with a great solution that was cost-effective for us as well. He did excellent work, fixed a few other minor things that we had issues with and we could not be any happier with the work that was done. In all, he replaced a pipe, moved our expansion tank so that it was up to code, and installed a shut-off valve for our water heater. Armando was also very easy to get in touch with, was able to work around our schedules, and showed up early (he gave us a call first to make sure it was okay if he came earlier than expected). We highly, highly recommend this company and will likely use them in the future for our plumbing needs. Very professional in all respects and the work was exceptional. Service: Pipe repair

Armando was very professional and very prompt. He kept me updated when there were changes in the project. Offered great tips to things I otherwise would not have known. Always great to have a fellow veteran who shows great dedication to getting the job done and done to the owners satisfaction. He made sure it was okay before any decisions were made. Reviewed his work and stuck around to make sure things were fine. And also a great price. Would definitely hire him again. Liked him so much that I offered his business card to my brother in-law who's a contractor for other potential jobs.

Armando responded immediately and professionally to our distress call at 3pm. Earlier yesterday I threw Heritage plumbing out of our house for their mishap during a hot water heater flush that directly lead to our now broken hot water heater. Heritage suggested/quoted $5,000 to replace the hot water heater they broke which accelerated our request for them to leave our house. Armando on the other hand, assured us that he could have our hot water back on that night with a sight unseen, over the phone quote of $2200-$2400. True to his word and his Marine motto "Semper Fidelis" he perfectly replaced our heater with a larger (50 gallon) tank. Armando did precision work after-hours and when the actual equipment cost was lower than he quoted, he very honestly billed us the lower amount of $2,000 for the entire job. K.O.
