Dale did an extremely thorough and tremendously helpful inspection of the camp we were about to buy -- we loved the place so much that nothing could stop us from buying it but his expert insights gave us a great to-do list and helped set priorities. He was an excellent communicator, showed up on time and even managed to get the company van up a somewhat iffy long dirt road. This is the second time in a year during our house hunt we have used Twin State! They are professional, thorough, timely, and the provided reports are packed with helpful information. Twin State Inspections LLC provides outstanding service for us. Dale responded so quickly. Though his team was very busy, he tried to schedule our appointment as soon as possible, and kept us posted all the time. Vincent inspected a property very diligently and carefully.
