Bobby did an amazing job on my jeep. It was insanely full of white dog hair and now it looks brand new! Cannot recommend Bobby enough! Thank you!!!

This detailing was a Christmas gift from my son. We dropped the car off at 9:00 as requested and were told it would only take about 4-5 hours for a complete detailing of the interior and exterior. We paid most of the price and agreed to pay the rest when we picked up the car. Around 2:00 PM my son called to check on the progress and the call went straight to voice mail. We waited patiently until about 3:25 PM and then I called. This time the call was answered and I explained I wanted to check on the progress of my car. I was told to come by in "about an hour". When we stopped by about an hour and a half later, we found the car sitting wide-open in the driveway with all doors and the trunk open but nobody around. After about 10 minutes Bobby came out of the house and explained that the interior was done and he just needed to buff the outside as it was caught in his lawn sprinkler while he was working and had many water spots because of it. We left and went home to wait again. This time when I called back at 5:30 PM he said it was all done and ready to be picked up. We went to go pick it up and my son and myself were stunned. The car had wax residue, smudges, bugs still stuck to the front bumber and water spots all over it. The windows were foggy and needed wiping and where the armor-all product was sprayed on the interior, you could see the spotting left where it was never wiped down after spraying. I had the car washed a couple of days before we took it to be detailed and the car looked better, cleaner and more polished when I delivered it than it did when I went to pick it up after detailing. I tried to clean the spotting but the water spots would not rub out so I will return to the car wash to take care of it. As we were leaving, I heard owner shout F_UCK YOU! loudly. Not very professional at all.

I had a $20 bill in my compartment for my eyeglasses in my pickup truck when they detailed it and when I pick it up on my way home I checked it it was gone I don't like thieves
