Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning

Oxy fresh came to our home to spot clean a carpet. Prior to service we asked about the results for pet stains and were assured they were the guys for the job.. the odor never got any better at all. The carpet appears clean, however that is the least important price of what we were looking for as the carpet was clean prior to the pet incident. I called to reschedule a reclean giving them a chance to make it right. They couldn’t get back for over a month to fix the issue. The person on the phone had little to no knowledge of how the process worked, he just reread his scripted answer each time I asked a question about the process. I was told my information would be passed on to the owner and I would be receiving a call from him or her. That never happened. I clicked one star because you have to click at least one. I would have given a zero star review if I could have. Service: Carpet cleaning

Tim arrived at 10:50 for an 11:15 appointment after receiving a text that he was on his way. What a pleasant surprise!! He cleaned my 5 rooms immaculately and was done in an hour and a half! Quick, reliable service at a bargain price from a friendly guy! Very pleased!
