Had my carpets done today, 1/2 of them came out unacceptable. I wish I had gone with another process (not ChemDry), did not clean high traffic areas suitably. Very disappointed in how the came out and feel like I essentially wasted half of the $390.00 I paid. In fairness, the bedrooms came out fine.

I contacted several people about cleaning carpets in our home that were badly stained by our kids. I figured the rugs would have to be ripped out and replaced because never in a million years did I think they could be cleaned enough to be salvaged. I was wrong.Wayne from ChemDry called me back almost immediately and the service just got better from there. They arrived on time (a huge thing for me), two days after my estimate. They did a fantastic job. Wayne and his crew were professional and friendly. We have a recently refinished hardwood floor in the room that they had to go through to bring the equipment upstairs to clean the carpets. They covered the floor to protect it and were in and out in just a couple of hours. The rugs look great. I was very pleased and asked for business cards that I could give out to people if they asked for a referral. All around fantastic services, team and a job well done!
