Dominic with Premium Home Inspections was quick to get back to us and very thorough. Dominic explained each step along the way and made sure we were aware of any issues that required additional follow up. The best part, his reports were all back within 24hrs with full explanations and suggestions. We highly recommend Dominic for all your home inspection needs!! He's a great guy to work with!

I recently used Dominic for a home inspection in southern New Hampshire. I got there 10-15 minutes early and he was already on site looking over the exterior of the property, taking photos for the report and pointing out everything he noticed that would need to be addressed. He did the same inside the house, he was thorough with each room we went into and made sure he checked everything he needed to before moving onto the next one. He answered every question I had during the inspection and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good home inspector in the area thatll let them know what theyll be getting into.

Dominic is the best! I called Dominic to do a home inspection and when I sent him the pre-inspection report by another inspector, he called me back and said 'this report is very thorough so don't waste your money by having another one done.' So he SAVED ME MONEY even though I didn't end up hiring him. And the story gets better. I called him after a mold remediation company required me to have the mold, asbestos and lead test before they could give me a quote. So I left him a message to try to hire him again. But before calling me back, he proactively called the remediation company that I went to to talk with the inspector about what was needed. Dominic called me back to say AGAIN that his services weren't needed and recommended another guy (who does asbestos and lead) to get in touch with. I am so excited to move to NH because of people like him - honest and hardworking, going above and beyond for people (not just customers). Thank you, Dominic!
