I very seldom have bad experiences but this one takes the cake. I called this shop and spoke to the owner and asked him what they are paying on gold gram bars right now and he said 95% of spot, he said to come down. I made it there in 15 minutes, now remember this is my first time being in his shop. He is extremely rude and then tells me the best I can do is 90% I told him he just told me to come down and pays 95%. His response? Well Thats subject to change I didnt need to waste my time nor his. He must have said at least 3 times you dont know what its like to be a gold dealer!! Screaming at the top of his lungs. I would expect that from a young adult not a grown man. Well no Bob, and from meeting with you I clearly dont need to know. Im an honest person and if he had said I can only do 90% I would have not made the trip. Its dishonest at best and deceptive at worst. I told him thats not good business and I would be writing a review and he said go ahead. The man needs to take some time off, by reading some other reviews he is extremely rude, this isnt a one time thing. I would not return for any reason.

Nice friendly shop, the owners are very professional and considerate of your time and items. My experience was selling some silver coins of mine and I found that they gave me top dollar. Nice selection of coins for sale as well that were priced right. Will definitely be back to do further business.

From the moment my fianc and I walked i. The place the guy who Im assuming to be Bob was not only way beyond rude!! He was completely hostile, very short and even went as far as to insult my fiancs collection not only once but numerous times!!!! I will never and I mean EVER bring my service there again!!! Id give zero stars but I cant!!

Bob is a businessman & very direct but don't take it personal. I wanted to swap silver and he indicated there was too much of my product on the market resulting in low offer. 9 months later I was pleased with the swap. I remember the only one forcing me to trade was me. Very happy with honest discourse.
