While the completed work was mostly great, they have been completely unprofessional and unresponsive about some follow up work. They have not answered emails, phone calls, or text messages with no explanation about their lack of communication. I will not recommend them to anyone else

Greg worked with us to provide a quote for a property we were looking to purchase. We were very impressed with Greg's professionalism, timeliness, and organization. Greg showed up on time for a walk through of the property, he provided us excellent advice and suggestions, and took meticulous notes. He followed up with drafted design plans and discussed trades and options with us. Although for reasons unrelated to Greg, we did not purchase the property, we would certainly work with him in the future.

RBS replaced our old wooden deck with a new composite, they were excellent and professional. They kept the work site neat and built a beautiful, solid deck. Their price was reasonable and we couldn't have asked for a better job. My next project, whatever it will be will also be with RBS. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Residential Building Solutions complete renovated my kitchen in my over 100 yr old home! Every set of the way the owner Greg took his time to walk me through everything to make sure I got exactly what I wanted & with in our budget. The work was done perfectly & in timely fashion! They got my kitchen start to finish completed in 3.5 weeks. Honestly I won’t hire anyone else. They check all the boxes. Knowledgeable, quality work, honest, fast & the best prices around!
