Went to have a chipped tooth fixed. First off the dentist takes off almost half of my tooth for the filling which wasn't needed. And then did a terrible job on the filling so it would fall off and I'd be forced to get a crown so they could get my insurance money. Very shady practice. I get they want money but doing bad work to be able to charge more is truly sad. I'm sure you'll read this and co.e up with some bs excuse so you don't look bad. But if I can save one person then it's worth it.

If I could give this place a negitive zero star I would. I went in with a dental emergency. Woman behind the counter says in a hostile unprofessional tone " We don't do dental emergencies here." Claiming there was no staff and they were booked. There were no other patients in the lobby either. She then tried to get me into a appointment for next week. A cracked tooth is a DENTAL EMERGENCY. Especially if the patient is in pain from it happening. Also she tried to convince me to go to Hanover Street location which refused to see me as well. Someone who clearly lies about the advertised " We take dental emergencys" on their website should be blacklisted for working in any form of human services job. Emergencies happen which are uncontrollable.

Terrible service, avoid this dentist office. They were meant to make a referral for me to have my wisdom teeth out and never did.

Dr P is such an excellent dentist and nice guy. Ive had a bunch of dental work done here, and Can't recommend him more.
