I searched everywhere for some dental work. I'm a person who is absolutely terrified of the dentist. These people put me at ease right from the beginning. Crystal at the reception desk is so friendly every time I visit. Josh the manager is great. He works with you to get you what want and sticks to what he says. I had Dr Al Kaissy who is by far the best dentist I've had in my life. He just has his way of putting you at ease and getting you to relax and let the nerves go away. His assistant Carmen is the Best! She is just like the Dr. Making you feel so comfortable and getting you to relax. Then, you will see Tracy when you check out. She is so friendly and accommodating. She is in a great position as she is the last contact someone has there and they will remember positive. I am so glad I found this place, I will be going there for ANY dental needs in the future. If you're scared of the dentist, this is the place to go.

Honestly I was there today and the temp dr was pretty terrible. I was slightly late and they were amazing about it but having this temp dr felt like punishment. He took me back and instantly started drilling, no numbing solution nothing. He then decided that because I can feel the drill he was going to numb me. He did and then a nurse came over saying he didnt have me sign a certain form that I've signed before anything every time previously so I sign no problem. When he numbed me I started crying from the pain of it and normally I dont cry at all. He starts drilling and I flinch from the pain, he asked if I could feel it and I said yes and he decides to drill again a bit more. The nurse could clearly see my pain and then he stopped. The nurses are the most amazing people there. Everyone except this dr was amazing. The manager came over and talked to me, the nurses were so sweet and I just loved them. At one point I was trying to calm down, i have having a lot of anxiety from what happened but I needed to finish the job or I would be in even more pain, and he walks in saying how much longer do you need so I know if I can do other things. He honestly sounded annoyed. As soon as he walked in I was tearing up, I hadn't fully calmed down and seeing him made my anxiety spike. He just watched me cry. If hes still there when I go back I'm just going to walk out. My filling doesnt even feel fully right but I'm still numbed at this point. Other then that one doctor I'd 100% reccomend this location to anyone.
