I had problems with my water heater, they serviced it charging me $900. The heater worked for only 2 months. I called them again, and spoke to a girl named Teresa, who was super rude! she was like "Well, it did work for 2 months so we did our service correctly" um.. no am I supposed to service my water heater every two months and pay $900 for it?!? If you are going to fix it fix it right! On top of that, Teresa said in a very rude manner that we had to wait two weeks for a repair man and that if we want it done sooner just go to another company before HANGING UP on us.

I am very grateful for the promptness in this company for our need for a new water heater unexpectedly. However, as a first time home owner, there is no manual on questions to ask at what time when it comes to these kinds of expenses. I had questions, yes after the fact, BUT it did NOT excuse the arguing, the talking over, and threatening to call the cops of the lady I spoke with about finances. I was appalled by the customer service that was given. There is NO excuse for a company to talk like this to a customer. I would NEVER not pay for a service, I was just asking questions and figuring out how to make it work. Thank you to the guys who installed our water heater! I do appreciate it!
