I was very pleased with the inspection. Doug took his time and was very thorough. I got the feeling that he was there for me and not just trying to get it done. He looked over every part of the house and was willing to answer questions that I had. It was a good experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs an inspection.

I highly recommend Doug Halford as first time buyers he went into exceptional detail answering every question any first time buyer would have. He will go to extra lengths to make sure anything you deem as odd or strange is explained and inspected thoroughly. His impressive high tech thermal scanner will show poorly insulated walls/attics that any seller is trying to hide. Doug was affordable, reliable and delivered his comprehensive report in a timely manner. Doug did such an impressive job that our realtor took his card and will now recommend him to other purchasers. We are extremely satisfied with his professional service and would highly recommend him to anyone that needs an inspection.

Doug was excellent in communicating with me and working around my schedule as I did with him to get him over to inspect my soon-to-be new house for a great price. There was no getting anything by this guy. He knew what he was doing, what to look for, and even gave me some pointers for how to improve the home after I bought it to avoid long term damage. After inspection, the next day he had a 30+ page report! Very very thorough with pictures and descriptions explaining everything. I would highly recommend Doug to anyone looking to get a home inspection. Such pleasure to work with.

Doug did an fantastic job with our home inspection. He was able to schedule a time with me on very short notice. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very thorough in his inspection and submitted me a very detailed report the same day! He was very friendly and personable. He answered any and all questions that I had. He spent 3 full hours on site inspecting the home we were purchasing. I would not hesitate to recommend Doug at Home Inspection Pros to anyone that I knew.
