He does a good job with your typical landscaping requests, but could use a little more attention to detail!

If I were you I would not trust this company with my lawn. The supervisor, Allen, is rarely present when the yardwork is getting done. He always rushes off somewhere else, or spends the entire session making phone calls instead of supervising his workers.His equipment is very very old and has broken down a couple times while they were working on my yard. Once they had to leave it half-finished because they couldn't get the mower started again. They came back the next day and cut the rest of my yard, but I found that incident wildly unprofessional.The workers themselves are meritorious, but very obviously inexperienced. If you were to hire these landscapers, the general guidelines for your yard would be "lets do this so it looks 'good enough'". It has also come to my attention that many of the employees are in the midst of legal battles, felonies, and drug addictions. Some of them have had their licenses pulled. This was a huge discovery for me and a very important factor in my dropping Neat & Trim. It came off as both unprofessional and untrustworthy to me; I was not comfortable having these people around my house and family!In conclusion, I could not drop Allen and his crew fast enough. Beware to all who consider his services! You'd be better off paying your child or a neighborhood youngster to cut your grass.
