I have used Highest Quality Lawn & Pest numerous times and the results so far have been very good. I have used the fertilizer and weed control treatments, as well as the airation and over-seeding services and have been very happy with all services thus far. "Nick" was the name of the professional who came to my home for the airation and over-seeding and was was cordial, professional, knowledgeable and did a great job at my house. Services: Weed control, Seeding, Lawn mowing/maintenance

Some of my neighbors used this company so I decided to give them a try. I asked for 2 services, fertilizer and tick control. The first 2 applications went great. Then on the 3rd application I get charged for Grub control. I did not ask them to apply grub control on my lawn. I called them to talk about it. It took them 2 days to call me back, and when they called they said we already applied the grub control so I was responsible to pay for it. The guy on the phone said he would talk to the other worker and call me back about it. He never called back. So a few weeks later the truck came to apply something to my neighbors yard and I spoke to the worker. He said that he would have someone call me back about this situation. It's been 4 days since I Spoke to the worker and have yet received a call back. I called and left another message, but Im not sure if this situation will get resolved. I hate to write a negative review but the customer service on this matter is poor. Services: Weed control, Lawn pest control

Highest Quality Lawn Care has been very professional and we are seeing great results especially with the pest control. We have yet to see one tick on our dogs or our 3 yr old. We are surrounded by conservation land too! We are very happy with the level of service and professionalism. Matthew truly cares about his business and it shows! Highly recommend! We have been using HQLC for several years now. Our lawn has gotten better and better every year. The overall health and the reduction in weeds and pests has been excellent. They are responsive and all of the guys who come out are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We get regular compliments about how good our lawn looks. Highly recommended! This will be our second season with Highest Quality Lawn Care and could not be more pleased. Easy to do business with, down to earth folks that know what they are doing. Our lawn is the talk of the neighborhood! Nice and full, green and very healthy. I highly recommend!
