        Charlie Teas is a lying rip-off slumlord. Don't rent from him. He does no repairs to his slum apartments and you have to pay him in money orders or cashier's checks because he loses personal checks then will accuse you of not paying him. He is always in court evicting people and the court is in his pocket. He also has the Manchester Building inspectors in his pocket and they never do anything legally to hold him accountable for all of the many code violations his apartments have. I'd give NO STARS if I could. Stay as far away from him as possible unless you want to deal with alcoholic and drug addict neighbors.
