Had a recruiter and he has done very little to nothing. I have gotten more interviews then have anything from him. This might just be the person I have but not impressed with them.

I had the most amazing experience working with Jamie Klug, one of the recruiters from Goodwin. You would think their job was done once they set u the interview.... not this company! They prep you for the interview, the one on one, the one boarding AND the first day on the job. I even got a text the night before I started from Jamie wishing me good luck the next morning. WAIT, the COO of the company even wrote me an email congratulating me on getting the job. You are more than just a client with this company. They seriously care about you. Jamie did what no other recruiter could. He got me my dream job!! Thank you Jamie!!

Goodwin Recruiting was helpful and amazing! Erin was personable and professional. She kept me informed about the progress of my application and interviews. Erin was able to accommodate my personal schedule and worked around a family emergency to keep me in the running for a great position. She introduced me to her manager who was able to prep me for the big interview by ensuring I was informed about the company and its goals. Derek was great to work with, his knowledge of what I was looking for was of great help in me landing the job that I wanted. Jordan helped with great advice and between the both of them my experience was great. Ill refer friends and will hopefully work with them in the future when I need helping finding the right candidate.
