David has been my accountant for many years.  I worked with him personally at his old office and have followed him into his new office which he just opened.  He is hard working, dedicated and thorough.  He offers many services in addition to tax filings such as IRS representation, bookkeeping and keeping you or your business current and within compliance.  If you need tax help the best guy is right there on Elm St.

I was referred by a friend for tax services.  First experience was last years tax season, we never received our Ma state tax refund, Mass said it was never filed?! I thought this was just a freak thing when we came back this year for 2018 taxes ( big mistake) dave said he'd mail our 2017 state taxes in.  It's July 2019 and Ma IRS says no file found.  In addition Dave said there was an issue with our 2018 Ma state taxes, it was denied bc we did not have the health tax form, I gave him all the information and he said after he returned from his trip to San Francisco he would resubmit.  We never rec'd the confirmation email that the 2018 Ma state return was submitted, we texted him, he said it was denied again but did not know why.  Said he'd mail a copy to file by mail, he never mailed the copy!  It's July 2019 and we have not rec'd our ma state refund for 2017 or 2018 and he has not made any effort to make this right after several attempts of leaving him messages.  Also, the second time we met with him, he forgot about our appointment, a member of another company called to see where he was.  The cost of his services was very economical but I would've preferred to pay top dollar and get things done right then deal with this. Very unprofessional and Not worth the aggravation!!
